Our basic policy is to fulfill our social responsibilities as the foundation of our management.

01.Environmental Conservation Initiatives

- Monitor energy consumption in manufacturing processes and promote investment in energy-saving equipment.

- Monitor wastewater, exhaust, and chemicals in manufacturing processes and reduce runoff.

- Strengthen waste recycling in business activities and minimize emissions. ​

- Aim for carbon neutrality, reduce CO2 emissions, and work to prevent global warming.

- Work to develop and design environmentally friendly products.

02.Human Rights and Labor

 

・When hiring, do not discriminate on the basis of race, nationality, gender, or other factors that are not reasonable for the individual.

・Provide employees with fair opportunities for promotion and training without compromising fairness.

・Respect the human rights of employees and prohibit inhuman treatment such as harassment.

・Comply with the statutory minimum wage and fairly apply premium pay and payment methods for overtime work, etc.

・Comply with statutory working hours, properly manage employee working hours, and grant the right to paid leave.

・Do not work against an employee's will, restrict the freedom to leave employment, or force overtime work.

・Do not employ children under the legal working age.

・Respect the religious traditions and customs of employees, and take care not to interfere with them through work rules, etc.

・Understand the risks of accidents that may occur during the workplace and the occurrence of chemicals that are harmful to the human body, noise, foul odors, etc., and take appropriate safety measures.

・Conduct regular safety training and health checkups.

 

03. Contribution to the local community

 

- Actively participate in and support local events and social contribution activities. - Aim to realize a symbiotic society by outsourcing to local disability support facilities, etc. - Provide technical education support and internship programs in cooperation with educational institutions.

04. Fair corporate activities

- Prevent the exchange of inappropriate benefits with customers and business partners in sales or purchasing activities, etc. - Prevent unfair transactions such as collusion and cartels in sales activities, etc. - Prevent unfair transactions such as abuse of a dominant position in purchasing activities, etc. - Eliminate all relationships with anti-social forces and organizations. - Respect intellectual property rights such as patents, copyrights, and trademarks of third parties. - Prevent buying and selling of shares, etc. of listed companies based on unpublished company information obtained from related parties of the listed companies, etc.
