AK Die Cast Co., Ltd. made use of the accumulated experience as an expert in precision die casting products to manufacture the first automatic compact hot chamber die casting machine in Japan. We are aiming for further development by linking the technology and experience cultivated through casting with machine production.

Craft
We are good at manufacturing small products by rubber casting. Rubber Cast uses heat-resistant rubber as the material of the mold, so it is possible to freely express hand-finished and delicate patterns that cannot be done with molds, as well as undercuts as they are designed. We can also accommodate short delivery and small lot orders.

Prototype production can be done at low cost because there is no cost for molds. Shapes and complex textures that are impossible with molds can also be expressed.
